1920 Local cover bearing Garuda 10st.(#205) vertically bisected in half, addressed locally, tied by "Bangkok GPO4" & triangular "T" rubber stamped, "๑๐" in manuscript for taxed of 10st., the bisected postage was not cancelled as the post office regarded as illegal for usage, near the postage horizontal manuscript in Thai "postage of 5st. could not be bought", extremely unusal postal history item and probably unique, certified by P.A.T.#16/2009, Ex. 2463 ซองส่งภายในพระนครติดแสตมป์ ร.6 ครุฑ 10สต.(#205) ถูกตัดออกเป็นครึ่งหนึ่งแนวตั้ง ปรับตราไปรษณีย์์กลาง และตรายางสามเหลี่ยม "T" ด้านล่าง "๑๐" เป็นลายมือสำหรับค่าปรับ 10สต. ดวงแสตมป์ไม่ถูกประทับเนื่องจากไม่ถูกต้อง ข้างๆดวงแสตมป์เขียนด้วยมือแนวนอน "แสตมป์ ๕ สต.ซื้อไม่มี" เป็นซองที่แปลกมาก และหายากมาก มีใบรับรองจาก ส.ต.ท.#16/2009.
